With typical BAAM unconventionality, Paul began his professional life as a cartographer. A TV documentary on branding opened his eyes and he took a design degree. He has since occupied senior agency roles in the UK and Spain. ‘Design is making things look great. Advertising is selling them. To me, that’s an endlessly exciting combination.’
Prior to joining BAAM, Pete worked in the entertainment industry for many years creating design for print and web and developing websites from as early as 2002. His restless, creative imagination and his enthusiasm for web design led him to join BAAM in 2015. His consuming passion is in building strong relationships with our clients and creating solutions to solve their problems
It was Emma’s personable nature and her natural empathy for people that made her an obvious addition to the BAAM team. In her role as Account Manager, she ensures that our clients enjoy a regular point of contact from the very start of their relationship with the agency. With an extensive background in Personal Assistance and Project Management, she brings a diverse skill set to supporting client and agency alike.
After achieving a BSc (Hons) in Product Design Engineering, Dave took a bold leap into the creative industry. He founded BAAM in 2001 and his growing affinity with the creative community developed into an appetite and a talent for brand and strategy assignments. Since then, he has ridden plenty of storms but he has remained true to his original vision: ‘Your last piece of work should always be your best’.
